Service Delivery Policy

This policy describes what RCELL International Conference 2027 provides to registered participants, how services are delivered, and under what conditions access is granted. It is intended to clarify what participants receive in exchange for their registration fee, as required under Indian consumer protection and payment gateway compliance expectations.

1. Nature of the Service

RCELL International Conference 2027 is an online academic conference delivered via Zoom Pro. There is no physical venue, shipping of physical goods, or in-person attendance component. All services are delivered digitally. No goods are posted or couriered to participants at any stage.

Participants are responsible for ensuring they have a suitable internet connection, a device capable of running the Zoom Pro application, a functioning camera and microphone (for presenters), and a quiet environment suitable for online participation.

RCELL will provide technical support via the WhatsApp group and conference email for issues within its control. RCELL is not responsible for technical difficulties arising from a participant's internet service, device, or local environment.

5. Session Recording

Sessions will be recorded only with the explicit written consent of all speakers in a session. Consent will be sought during the registration process. Participants who do not consent to recording will not be recorded. Any recordings made will be governed by RCELL's data and recording policy, which will be published before the conference.

6. Cancellation and Refund

7. Limitation of Liability

RCELL makes reasonable efforts to deliver the conference as described. RCELL is not liable for service disruptions arising from third-party platform failures (including Zoom outages), force majeure events, government-imposed restrictions, or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control. In the event of a significant disruption, RCELL will communicate with registered participants promptly and seek to provide an alternative or a refund as appropriate.
